Floor Plans
The Mayo Building, built in 1910 and expanded in 1917 as one of Tulsa’s early 10-story "skyscrapers", is being transformed into loft apartments with the help of the Vision 2025 Downtown Housing Fund.
Floors 3 through 10 are being converted into one bedroom and two bedroom apartments, ranging in size from 600 to 2,000 square feet. The ground floor will contain retail and restaurant space. The ground floor will also, along with the lower level, be the new home of the downtown YMCA. Parking will be available in the Main Park Plaza garage, which will connect with the Mayo Building by a private walkway.
