By using RentCafe.com (RentCafe ILS) or any property websites powered by RentCafe (RentCafe Portal) (collectively, “RentCafe”), you accept and agree to be bound by the latest version of the RentCafe Terms of Service (posted at https://resources.yardi.com/legal/rentcafe-terms-of-service/), which are between you and RentCafe (not the property) and will be updated from time to time. The property may have its own terms and conditions that apply between the property and you.
By submitting this application I/we, authorize Mayo 420, Landlord and its agents to obtain an investigative consumer credit report including but not limited to credit history, OFAC search, landlord/tenant court record search, criminal record search and registered sex offender search. I/we authorize the release of information from previous or current landlords, employers and bank representatives. This investigation is for resident screening purposes only, and is strictly confidential. The information will be compiled from various sources, which are believed to be reliable, but the accuracy of their reports cannot be guaranteed. I hereby hold Mayo 420, Landlord and its agents free and harmless and free of any liability for any damages arising out of any improper use of this information.

- You must be told if information in your file has been used against you.
- You have a right to know what is in your file, and the disclosure may not be free.

By submitting this application I/we, agree to the terms and conditions of the Mayo 420 Application Approval Criteria. The information contained in this application is treated confidentially. No information will be revealed to anyone without the express written consent of the applicant.
By submitting this application, I/we understand that there is a non refundable credit/check process of $35 and that a security deposit will be required. The security deposit is refundable if (1) this application is rejected by the management ; (2) if applicant notifies management of cancellation within 48 hours of applying; or (3) if all the terms and conditions of lease agreement are fulfilled. Applicant understands that if they fail or refuse to occupy said apartment, that the lessor and owner shall be entitled to damages as administrative costs.
